  • Is Duchesne's Services fully insured?
    Yes, we are fully insured with up to 2 million dollars in general liability, to ensure peace and mind for our customers!
  • Is Duchesne's Services WSIB compliant?
    Absolutely! Duchesne's Services is fully compliant with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) regulations.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept cash, e-transfer, or cheque
  • How will I be billed?
    For reoccurring services, you will receive an invoice at the end of each month. For one time services, you will be billed within 1-3 business days after completion. All invoices will be sent electronically via email or text.
  • Do you give free quotes?
    Yes! Duchesne's Services offers free quotes. Please contact us via website, phone number or email.
  • Will you contact me prior to arrival?
    With reoccurring jobs they will be completed on the same day each week (weather depending). However, for one time jobs, you will be contacted a few days prior with a date and approximate time.
  • What area do you work in?
    Duchesne's Services runs out of Thunder Bay, ON. However, we are able to do surrounding areas, it is just asked that you contact us with an address to make sure!
  • How often should I have my lawn mowed by Duchesne's Services?
    We recommend regular lawn mowing either weekly, or bi-weekly during the growing season to maintain a healthy and attractive lawn
  • How long is the mowing season?
    The mowing season depends on several factors. Typically we start in the middle of May, and end late October. However, this all depends on the weather, and it can be subject to change.
  • Do you offer bi-weekly maintenance?
    Yes we do! For bi-weekly maintenance, there will be a 25% increase compared to weekly maintenance. With bi-weekly lawn care, the grass gets much thicker and longer, which is ultimately harder on our equipment, and takes extra time for completion.
  • What happens if it rains?
    For re-occurring cuts, when it is raining, we will complete the job the following day or two, or when the weather has cleared up. For one time clients, when it is raining, and we are unable to complete the job, you will be contacted with a new date (weather determinant).
  • Can Duchesne's Services help with landscape design?
